Movement that actually fits mom life

A Milwaukee workout community for moms

We show up, we work out, we bring our kids, and we hold each other accountable. If taking time for yourself is selfish — we're owning it.

How we do things

01 Grab a spot

Drop-in or pick up a class pack. No month-long commitments, no penalties for life happening. Class packs have a 45-day window — designed to be realistic.

02 Head to Lake Park

Parking off Lincoln Memorial Drive, and head over to the tennis courts from there. Stroller, carrier, toddler on foot — come however works. Look for the crew!

03 Move your body

Classes are 1 hour, taught by a certified pre- and postnatal instructor, and adaptable to all fitness levels, including with babywearing or a stroller. We also have free nanny support on hand for our kids running around the secure tennis court while you get a workout in.

04 Find your people

These are moms who will actually tell you how it's going. The kind of community that doesn't require a performance. If you're tired of pretending everything is fine, you'll fit right in.

Hey, I’m Haley!

Most fitness options weren't built for moms. The class times are wrong, the gym childcare is stressful, and the at-home workouts get interrupted before you even start. Nothing was designed for the actual shape of this life.

I was that mom — thinking about working out every day and never doing it because the logistics always felt hard.

So I created MKE Moms. I'm a Pre/Postnatal Certified Fitness Instructor and a mom of 2 under 2 in the thick of it, just like you. I lead every class outside at Lake Park, with nanny support on hand, so you can actually move your body while your kids are right there with you.

But it's as much about the community as the workout. These are women who aren't pretending everything is fine. We're probably not in matching sets, our kids are likely in pajamas, and that is completely fine. We're just trying to feel strong again — and do it together instead of alone.

You're not chasing your old self. You're building the version of you that exists right now, in this body, in this season. Stronger. More confident. Surrounded by women who actually get it.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope! We’re locking ourselves in the tennis courts to keep everyone contained! Your kids are playing with each other, working out with you, sleeping in the stroller, or strapped on front. Nanny support is on hand to help with the toddlers and keep them entertained, but you are right there (no separation meltdowns!)

  • That's what the extra support is there for. And every other mom in that circle has been there or is about to be. Meltdowns are welcome. This was built for real life, not a curated version of it.

  • The class is led by a Pre/Postnatal Certified Fitness Instructor and designed for wherever you are right now — not where you think you should be. You start here. That's the whole point.

  • Class packs have a 45-day window from the date of purchase. The window is built to be realistic for a mom's schedule while still helping you stay accountable to yourself.

  • Weather updates go out ahead of each session. Check Instagram or your email close to class time if skies look questionable.

  • Parking entrance is off Lincoln Memorial Drive. Head toward the Lake Park Tennis Courts from there — look for the crew. It's easy once you've done it once.

  • Whatever you'd wear on a walk or to run errands — leggings, a sports bra, tee shirt, baby, and sneakers. There is no dress code here. We are not a must be in a matching set kind of crowd. Come comfortable, come as you are, and don't stress about it for a single second.

  • Yes — fully and intentionally. MKE Moms is for every mom, every body, every background. Whether you're postpartum, years out from having kids, a first-time mom, or somewhere in between — you belong here. The whole point is a space where you don't have to perform or pretend. You just show up as you are. That goes for your fitness level, your life, and your kids too.
